Digital Healthcare Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)

For our Global Brand, Innovation and Sustainability unit we are now looking for a Digital Healthcare Solutions Specialist (m/f/d). The location is preferrably Mannheim, but can also be Hamburg or Ismaning. It is a permanent and full-time position.

In this role you are part of the "Global IQ Solutions" department that focusses on developing digitally enabled solutions for incontinence products. You will support and drive sales of TENA Smart Care (TSC) and TENA Identifi (TI) in nursing homes (NH) in a multitude of ways: marketing, implementation, customer support (e.g. training, process improvement). Organisationally you will have dotted lines to local Sales Managers and Commercial Directors in the Business Unit.

What You Will Do:

  • Support Account Managers in implementation and customer support for TENA Smart Care (TSC) and TENA Identifi (TI)
  • Network with Account Managers to establish connections with potential nursing home (NH) customers and conduct customer visits to discuss health economics, value generated by TSC/TI
  • Set up and conduct C-Level meetings and with other key stakeholders to develop relationships and arrange for contracts
  • Support in local PR and marketing related activities as required
  • Identify gaps or issues in product and service delivery as noted during training and implementation of TI and/or TSC
  • Develop training (such as e-learning, videos, PowerPoint instruction etc.) and support program for TSC and TI solutions in NH in collaboration with local marketing
  • Work with NH customer to create high level of satisfaction with TI and TSC (incl. on- and off-site support, training, pilots and advice on patient care improvement), conduct periodic surveys to determine satisfaction levels
  • Participate in relevant meetings to provide insights on observations, outcomes, changes needed in the field
  • Participate in conferences and trade shows to present TSC and TI
  • Work with Global team developing digital solutions and with and sales team to prepare white papers and research related papers

Who You Are:

  • Sales or Marketing background or with strong sales profile/personality
  • Desirable: knowledgeable of NH and their needs, requirements, staffing challenges; education processes, community health links and organizations; funding methods and opportunities
  • Desirable: knowledgeable about regional  and local health care policies, trends and funding mechanisms
  • Desirable: knowledgeable about incontinence and elderly care
  • Ability to understand and discuss health economics, value based health care etc.
  • Fluent German skills, intermediate English skills and willingness to improve them would be helpful
  • Very strong communication skills both behavioural, written (such as reports, presentations etc.) and verbal
  • Empathetic and resident focused
  • Team building skills is desirable
  • Believe in the importance of improving life for elders, believes in innovation, wants to make a difference
  • Willing to travel frequently (~80%) once the circumstances allow for it
