Searching for a Job

To get the highest number of job matches, leave Country and Company on "No Selection" and choose only your field of Interest and Region. To narrow the search, specify Country or Company. We add new jobs every day, so check regularly. If you don't have time to search our database every day, and would like the latest updates on job opportunities sent directly to your email, check out our Job Agent.

Posting your CV into the Database

Notice: Once you have begun entering your resume, it is not possible to go back to the help menu. Any attempt to go back will result in all information being automatically deleted.

Points to remember:

Select and de-select by holding the STRG or CTRL button while clicking. Blue fields indicate entries that are necessary and the form will not be accepted if one is left blank Brief summary (approximately 25 words) - A brief overview of your job experience and where and what you hope to be doing in the future. Please remember companies like to view this information first. Examples: PhD. in Biology seeks research position in Asia or Europe. Toxicologist, 15 years pharmaceutical experience, seeks new research challenge. CPA (6 years experience) would like to relocate to the southern United States. Password - you are free to choose your own password. Please remember if you saved your password in small case, it will only be accepted if typed in small case. Passwords should be a minimum of four letters. If you forget your password in the future, send an email to info@pharmajobs.com. When inputting your information in the resume database click on Confirm to proceed to next pages.

What is the purpose of the resume database and how does it work?

The purpose of the resume database is to allow your resume to be seen worldwide by Pharmaceutical and Chemical companies that subscribe to International Pharmajobs. This not only increases your chances of finding a job but is an efficient method of submitting your resume or CV to these companies. How it works is simple! After you have correctly inputted all information concerning your resume, the resume database then stores your information where international companies can access it through the Internet to match candidates to their vacancies. Who can see my CV? Your CV can only be accessed by the companies who subscribe to International Pharmajobs. How can I change something or correct an error? From the homepage, click on Free Service Select Update Resume Type in your password You are now able to make changes or corrections How long will it stay in the system? Your resume will stay in the resume database for a period of six months or six months from the last time you made a change. Will my boss be able to see my resume? No. In the beginning of the form, you have the chance to select which companies should not have access to your resume. You can select multiple companies by holding down CTRL or STRG while clicking. You also have the opportunity to type in other, smaller companies that we may not already have in our database. When I find a job, how can I delete my resume from the system? From the homepage, click on Free Service Select Delete Resume Type in your Last name and password Your resume has now been deleted When I cannot remember my password what should I do? Please go to Free Service on the Home page and click on Lost Password.

Updating your Resume/CV

From the homepage, click on FreeService Select Update Resume Type in your Last name and password You will be brought to your resume form, where you can make any changes you like. If you cannot remember your password, please go to Free Service on the Home Page and click on Lost Password.
